What do founding vendors receive?

All founding vendors receive an onboarding fee waiver. Approval and readiness requirements still apply.

Does every vendor get Growth free?

No. The team awards a 90-day Growth trial to selected vendors. It starts at store activation. Paid continuation requires explicit opt-in.

How much is Growth?

TT$500/month or TT$5,500/year—one month free with annual payment. Available services are confirmed before purchase.

Is Free Forever completely free?

There is no monthly subscription fee. Transaction commissions and applicable payment, delivery and other charges are separate.

What happens after I submit KYC?

Your store profile and product upload access are provisionally enabled. Documents and products remain subject to review. Payouts require verified KYC and payout checks. If a correction is requested, respond within seven days to avoid a pause on new orders.

Where do I send verification documents?

Use the secure signed-in verification form. Do not send identity documents by email, WhatsApp or social media.
