VENDOR OPEN CALL · when readiness checks are complete
Market Marva’s vendor open call begins on when readiness checks are complete. We are inviting artisans, food and beverage producers, retailers, brands and suppliers to express interest in the seller community. The planned limited-vendor pilot reveal on as preparations progress gives the first cohort a focused starting point; it is not a promise that every applicant will be selling by that date.
Bring the business you already know. Prepare it for customers who are meeting it for the first time.
Who should put their hand up?
You may make your own products, supply a local specialty, sell merchandise or represent a growing brand. What matters at this stage is being able to explain your business, identify the products you want to offer and describe how you would fulfil an order. Product eligibility and any necessary supporting information are reviewed during onboarding.

Artisans & makers
Describe materials, dimensions, finish and whether the item is ready-made or made to order. Explain natural variations so customers understand handmade work.
Food & beverage
Prepare pack size, ingredients, allergen information, storage instructions and shelf-life details where relevant. Confirm the information against your actual product labels and applicable requirements.
Retailers & brands
Record model, size, colour and compatibility accurately. Make sure you can support authenticity and any warranty claims rather than copying another seller’s description.
Wholesalers & suppliers
Explain whether you sell individual units or packs. Keep minimum quantities, stock availability and handling arrangements clear.
What happens after you express interest?
The initial form asks for your name, business name and email. Use an address you control and check regularly: it is the connection between your application and the next steps. You will receive instructions for your account and verification stage. A team review follows the completed verification submission.
Where information is missing or unclear, the team may ask you to correct it. Approval comes before store setup and launch readiness. An application submission never automatically grants permission to sell.
Give yourself a strong start
Choose three to five representative products and prepare their details. This is a planning exercise, not an eligibility rule or a maximum catalogue size. For each item, note the price, available quantity, options, dimensions or pack size, and how it will be packed. This exposes gaps early and helps you have a more useful conversation with the onboarding team.

Questions worth asking the team
- Is my proposed product range suitable for the pilot?
- Which business details or documents will be required for my application?
- What operational information should I prepare before store setup?
- Where can I confirm the current commercial terms before committing?
Use sellers@marketmarva.com for questions. Fees, payout arrangements and approval timing should be confirmed through the actual onboarding terms; this open call does not introduce a fee offer or a guaranteed review deadline.
