If we request a correction, respond within seven days to keep accepting new orders. You will retain account access to complete verification.

Prepare your verification documents

Everyone: business and contact details, your application email, and one clear National ID, passport or driver’s permit.

Individual (unregistered): your identity document; no business registration upload.
Registered sole trader: your identity document and business registration certificate.
Incorporated company: representative’s identity document, incorporation/registration certificate and representative authorization.
Incorporated NGO: representative’s identity document, organization incorporation/registration certificate and representative authorization.

PDF, JPG or PNG; up to 5 MB per file. Upload documents only through your secure verification form. Do not send them by email or WhatsApp.

Your dashboard and product upload access are provisional. Account access may be revoked after review of your KYC documents. Products remain subject to review before publication. Payouts remain on hold until KYC verification and payout recipient checks are complete.
